The Chiropractic Leadership Alliance (CLA) honored Dr. Fabrizio Mancini, president of Parker College and Parker Seminars, with the Lifetime Achievement Award. Dr. Patrick Gentempo, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of CLA presented Dr. Mancini with the award at the 2010 Parker Seminar in Las Vegas.
Dr. Jason Deitch, co-author of the bestselling book Discover Wellness, How Staying Healthy Can Make You Rich and founder of the Discover Wellness Center spoke to Parker students, faculty, and staff during an all-school assembly. With a different approach to health care, Dr. Deitch combines the skills of a variety of health care professionals with the latest technology and revolutionary concepts.
Dr. Fabrizio Mancini, president of Parker College of Chiropractic, recently presented “Leadership is a Choice” to Parker students, faculty, and staff during an assembly where he explained how leaders are not born they are made. He spoke about others that have inspired him throughout the years and the importance of having them in the profession to advance chiropractic.
Parker College of Chiropractic hosted the second annual Parker Gala on Friday, January 15, during the Las Vegas Parker Seminar. Event proceeds will benefit chiropractic research and the advancement of the profession. Seminar attendees, industry professionals, speakers, presenters, sponsors, and exhibitors attended the black-tie event.
The Drugless Research Hall of Fame, founded by Parker College of Chiropractic, honored Dr. Cheryl Hawk as the 2010 inductee during the second annual Parker Gala held at the Las Vegas Parker Seminar. The Drugless Research Hall of Fame is a recognition designed to showcase significant drug-free contributions in research worldwide.
Dr. Eric Pearce, assistant professor at Parker College of Chiropractic, traveled to Portoviejo, Ecuador to provide chiropractic care during the Youth Pan-American Confederation of Baseball Tournament. Three Parker College student interns in their last trimester accompanied Dr. Pearce including Jan Truong, Jennifer Torres, and Aaron Williams.
The Parker College of Chiropractic held its largest Alumni reception in Las Vegas during the Parker 2010 Vegas Seminar. Parker alumni and friends gathered and reconnected.
